NEXT STEPS AND IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Once we can evaluate your information, if you comply with the position’s minimum requirements, we shall contact you to continue with the next three (3) simple steps for recruitment.
STEP 1. HUMAN RESOURCES INTERVIEW.
The first interview will be held with a CIQA representative of the human resources. This is typically a 15 minutes phone interview to know you better in an informal and relaxing way to confirm that you comply with the minimum basic requirements for the position. You will enjoy this interview with open questions without technical or economic topics.
STEP 2. TECHNICAL ENGINEERING INTERVIEW.
If you comply with the basic requirements for the position, then a second interview will be held with a CIQA representative of validation engineering management. Also, it is a 15 minutes phone interview to discuss technical topics and how much you know about validation engineering, pharmaceutical and medical devices industry in which you can talk in more detail about your education and areas of expertise. No employment offer or economic topics are discussed in this second interview.
STEP 3. PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW.
If you comply with the specific technical requirements and pharmaceutical experience for the position, then a third interview will be held by the CIQA client’s project manager. It is a 15 minutes phone interview to know you better and discuss more specifically the technical aspects related to the job expectations and requirements. Either, no employment offer or economic topics are discussed in this third interview.
EMPLOYMENT OFFER.
If you are the selected candidate by CIQA for the position, finally a written employment offer shall be presented for your consideration via email. It will contain the specific benefits, salary and other economical aspects based on your education and experience related to pharmaceutical validation engineering. If you agree with the employment offer, you can sign it and coordinate the starting date the CIQA project manager.
