Now, you are one step closer for the career development that you are looking for.

NEXT STEPS AND IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Once we evaluate your information, if you comply with the internship’s minimum requirements, we shall contact you to continue with the next two (2) simple steps.

STEP 1. HUMAN RESOURCES INTERVIEW.

The first interview will be held with a CIQA representative of the human resources. This is typically a 15-minutes phone interview to know you better in an informal and relaxing way to confirm that you comply with the minimum basic requirements for the internship. You will enjoy this interview with open questions.

STEP 2. TECHNICAL  INTERVIEW.

If you comply with the basic requirements for the internship, then a second interview will be held with a CIQA project manager. Also, it is a 15-minutes phone interview to discuss technical topics and how much you know about your profession in which you can talk in more detail about your education and areas of expertise.

INTERNSHIP OFFER.

If you are the selected candidate by CIQA for the internship, finally a written internship agreement shall be presented for your consideration via email.  It will contain the specific tasks and economical aspects based on your education and experience. If you agree with the internship offer, you can sign it and coordinate the starting date with the CIQA project manager.
