Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policies
Thanks for purchasing.
We encourage customers to try the product in the first four weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, expired subscriptions or product leasing cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable documents
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor or manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software applications that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return message is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we accept your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time depending your bank (approx. 2 – 3 weeks) before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Bargain or Special reduced- price items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you responsible to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As a CIQA customer, you acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you the customer cancels the subscription (both month-to-month, semi-annual, and annual plans). You may cancel your subscription by logging into your CIQA account and going to > Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription and click Deactivate Subscription.
Before you cancel, please ensure you download relevant data (customer, product, and sales information). There is a $500 reactivation fee to get this data after you have deactivated your account more than (3) months.
As applicable, customers are responsible to notify their users before disabling their account from additional tools, modules and their account connected.
Annual Subscriptions Cancellation.
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website within the first 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased or subscription from us, you are eligible for a 100% reimbursement within 30 calendar days of the date billed.
Annual Subscription Refunds.
If you choose an annual plan, you are entering into a one-year subscription contract that expires 12 months after signup. If you cancel after the 30-day period 100% money-back guarantee, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. If you cancel after 30 days of signing up and before the term of subscription is up, you will still be billed for the remaining months on your subscription, and will no longer have access to your account. Please ensure to download your customer, product, and user’s data before you cancel or deactivate your account and subscription. Monthly Subscriptions Cancellation.
If you choose a monthly plan, you are entering into a one-month subscription contract that expires 30 days after you signed up. If you decide to cancel before the 30 days, you will still be billed for the remaining days on your subscription, and will no longer have access to your account. Please ensure to download your customer, product, and user’s data before you deactivate or cancel your subscription and account. Monthly Subscriptions Refunds.
CIQA Inc. does not offer prorated or partial refunds on canceled subscription plans.
We recognize some of our customers have seasonal needs and wish to pause their subscription in the offseason. We are happy to accommodate seasonal businesses who need to temporarily pause their subscription. Please contact us at email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on pausing your account.
We will always be happy to have you back. To avoid re-entering all of your data into a new account, we can reactivate a canceled subscription free of charge if your account was cancelled 3 months ago or less.
In case, your subscription was cancelled more than 3 months ago, then we can reactivate your original subscription for a $500 reactivation fee.
