The following sign-off fees applicable are intended to cover the utilities and housekeeping expenses required by the co-working office space.

Utilities Expenses:

The following monthly utility services shall be charged to cover the expenses related to: Electricity, Water and Internet. $150 per month.

Housekeeping, Cleaning and Maintenance Expenses:

The following monthly housekeeping services shall be charged to cover the expenses related to cleaning and maintenance: $50 per month.

The total sign-off fees shall be paid on a monthly basis to cover the co-working office rental space in operational conditions.

Discount prices are available for clients that rent more than one co-working office space.

This discount shall be accredited or reimbursed to your account at the end of the leasing period.
