What is Just-in-Time (JIT)?

Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing is a production model in which products are created to meet demand, not created in surplus or in advance of need.

Just-in-time (JIT) is a planned strategy to minimize the time and inventory necessary to satisfy your demand of products.  This strategy involves the balance of your production lines, assign the raw-material orders from suppliers directly with production schedules.
